SuperKim Crab House to Open New Location at Bellevue Towers

SuperKim Crab House, acclaimed for its clam chowder and seafood boils, is set to open a new location at Bellevue Towers, according to permits filed with the City of Bellevue. The new restaurant will be situated at 460 106th Avenue Northeast, marking the first SuperKim establishment on the Eastside, with their sole existing location in Seattle. The restaurant's menu is known for its Thai-inspired seafood dishes, featuring notable items such as Dungeness crab rolls, award-winning clam chowder, and a customizable Asian-Cajun fusion seafood boil. This location was previously home to Lot No. 3, which closed its doors in 2020, alongside other restaurants like Purple Cafe and Cast Iron Studios. Heavy Restaurant Group CEO Larry Kurofsky had announced the closure of these establishments, which had been part of the Bellevue dining scene for several years. A representative from SuperKim Crab House noted that while they are excited about the new location, there is currently no set opening date as plans are still being finalized. The restaurant's entry into the Bellevue market is anticipated to attract seafood lovers and enhance the local culinary offerings. This development represents a significant addition to Bellevue Towers and the broader Eastside dining landscape.
