R+M Dessert Bar to Open Flagship Location in Bellevue

R+M Dessert Bar has announced the opening of its flagship location in Bellevue, Washington, located at 1025 108th Ave NE. The dessert bar, which was first established in Capitol Hill by chefs Rod Gambassi and Marc Adams in November 2017, is widely recognized for its unique and hand-crafted dessert offerings. The new Bellevue venue will feature a takeaway boutique, allowing customers to purchase desserts and wines to go, including signature items like cookies and gourmet snacks. Additionally, it will accommodate 20 guests for dine-in experiences, featuring R+M's FOUR Dessert Experiences, Afternoon Tea, and a specially curated chef's menu. A private dining area will also be available for larger groups, enhancing the overall experience. Chef Gambassi emphasized the importance of finding the right location to create and serve their desserts while offering guests a comfortable space. Chef Adams noted the lack of similar dessert experiences in the Pacific Northwest, prompting their expansion. The Capitol Hill location remains a neighborhood favorite, and this new site aims to build on that success with improved amenities.
