La Mar Cocina Peruana, an authentic Peruvian restaurant established by renowned chef Gastón Acurio, will open its doors in Downtown Bellevue on October 14, 2024. The restaurant aims to celebrate traditional Peruvian gastronomy with a menu featuring iconic dishes such as cebiches, causas, and grilled an'cuchos, all prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients from the Pacific Northwest.
