Black Bottle Bellevue Fights Hunger With Food Lifeline

Black Bottle Bellevue, a gastrotavern known for its local ingredients and shareable plates, has launched a noteworthy initiative in partnership with Food Lifeline to fight hunger in Western Washington. This program donates a nutritious meal for every share plate sold, amounting to a remarkable contribution of 15,649 meals since its April 2021 launch. The owners, Judy Boardman, Brian Durbin, and Christopher Linker, have woven community support into their business model, reflecting a long-standing spirit of giving. In addition to aiding those in need, Black Bottle has also extended support to its employees during the pandemic, providing food and essential supplies to ensure their well-being.
