Chef John Howie Celebrates 20 Years of Seastar Restaurant

On March 11, Chef John Howie will celebrate the 20th anniversary of Seastar Restaurant & Raw Bar in Downtown Bellevue, showcasing its commitment to culinary excellence and community engagement. As part of the festivities, the restaurant will offer a 20% discount on select menu items and host a special rotating menu from March 11-31. Seastar has a long-standing tradition of giving back, including hosting Thanksgiving dinners for hundreds of underprivileged guests, which has become a hallmark of their community involvement. During the pandemic, the restaurant prepared and delivered over 10,000 meals to healthcare workers and donated 950 Thanksgiving dinners through their Pay-It Forward meal program.
