Since 1999, Monsoon Bellevue has revolutionized the perception of Vietnamese cuisine in Seattle, thanks to the vision of siblings Sophie and Eric Banh. Their success has not only earned them accolades but also allowed for the expansion of a second location and the creation of Ba Bar, which focuses on street food and cocktails.
