New Food & Beverage Concepts to Open at Bellevue’s Food Hall Sept 20

Bellevue's dining landscape is set to expand with the introduction of three new culinary concepts at Lincoln Square South on September 20, 2024. Conscious Hospitality Group is behind this initiative, unveiling Club Seltzer, KODE, and EatDirt, each promising distinct dining experiences. Club Seltzer will be the first nonprofit seltzer bar in the region, focusing on non-alcoholic beverages with a mission to support climate restoration efforts through its profits. KODE will offer a creative twist on Detroit-style pizza, featuring Korean-inspired flavors like spicy gochujang and bulgogi, served on a thick, airy crust. Daniel Brawer, COO of Conscious Hospitality Group, highlighted the intention to cater to various tastes while inviting the community to engage with their culinary journey. The expansion reflects a broader trend of merging food experiences with social responsibility, enhancing Bellevue's appeal as a dining destination. EatDirt will round out the offerings, although details about this concept remain limited. Overall, these new openings align with Bellevue's vibrant food culture and commitment to innovation.
